What happens next
- 1Install it on the QuickBooks PCWindows 10 or 11, the same PC as your company file. Paste your license key in Settings.
- 2Connect Toast and QuickBooksChoose how Toast sales come in (your Toast API key, or Toast's daily emails), then click Connect with QuickBooks open as Admin.
- 3Check the suggested accountsEach one comes with the reason it was picked. Change any you like.
- 4Wake up to it doneThe next morning's sales go in on their own, or wait for your OK. Your choice.
